India
Kashmir
Kashmir - a true paradise on Earth, a place of breathtaking beauty and cultural richness. Its stunning landscapes, serene lakes, and snow-capped mountains create a truly enchanting atmosphere that draws travelers from far and wide. When I added Kashir into my list, it was just out of the factor that Kashmir is the northernmost region in India and also a region where not many travel.

Hampi
Hampi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a captivating blend of ancient history, architectural marvels, and natural beauty. Once the capital of the Vijayanagara Empire, this historic city is a treasure trove of ruins, temples, and monolithic statues. Nestled amidst the Virupaksha River, Hampi offers a mesmerizing landscape of granite boulders, lush paddy fields, and sacred water bodies. From the iconic Virupaksha Temple to the enigmatic Lotus Mahal, every corner of Hampi tells a tale of a bygone era, inviting explorers to immerse themselves in its rich cultural heritage.

Bengaluru
I have been residing in Bengaluru since my birth. Bengaluru, also known as Bangalore, is a bustling metropolis and the capital of the southern Indian state of Karnataka. Renowned for its pleasant climate and vibrant IT industry, the city has earned the nickname "The Silicon Valley of India."

Kolkata
Kolkata, the capital of West Bengal, is a vibrant metropolis steeped in history and culture. Known for its lively atmosphere, delicious food, and iconic landmarks, Kolkata offers a unique experience for travelers. Indulge in the world-famous Bengali cuisine, experience the vibrant arts and music scene, and discover the true essence of the City of Joy.

Badami
Badami. It's got these cool red cliffs, and tucked inside them are caves with the most incredible old carvings. It used to be a big deal city way back when, and honestly, you can see why. The temples carved right into the rock? Amazing. Each one tells a different story – Hindu, Jain, and Buddhist. Then there's this really peaceful lake, Agastya, that reflects the temples like a mirror, especially when the sun's rising or setting. And if you hike up a bit, you'll find a fort and another temple with amazing views. But it's not just old buildings, you know? The streets are lively, the markets are fun, and everyone's super friendly. If you're into photography, or just exploring cool places, Badami's full of stories waiting to be found.

Aurangabad
Known as the "City of Gates," Aurangabad is a historic treasure in Maharashtra, showcasing a beautiful blend of Mughal power and Deccan heritage. The city, which was briefly the capital for Emperor Aurangzeb, is home to magnificent structures like the Bibi ka Maqbara, sometimes affectionately nicknamed the "Mini Taj Mahal." Furthermore, a short trip outside the city leads you to the Ajanta and Ellora Caves—UNESCO World Heritage Sites that stand as testaments to ancient Indian rock-cut art, capturing Buddhist, Hindu, and Jain history.

Rann Of Kutch
On the western frontier of Gujarat lies the Rann of Kutch, arguably India’s most surreal landscape: an immense white salt desert that stretches boundlessly. It’s a place of stark contrast: the brilliant salt reflects the harsh sun like a mirror during the day, yet the same expanse glows like a silvery fantasy under the moonlight. The region sheds its stillness during the Rann Utsav, a major festival celebrating the rich art, music, and crafts of Kutch. Nearby, the charm continues in the town of Bhuj and the brightly-colored villages of Hodka and Dhordo, home to artisans famous for their detailed embroidery and mirror work. The Rann is truly an experience, bottling the stillness, vibrant color, and unique soul of rural Gujarat.
